RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE POLICIES
CHANGE OF MIND
If you change your mind or ordered the wrong product then we are happy to accept for return and refund. Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of purchase and must be unopened and in orginal condition. Item(s) that cannot be resold will not be accepted for return and refund.
If an item is faulty, wrongly described, or different from the sample shown then we will refund purchase price, as long at the product is within the warranty period specified.
While we don't exchange here at The Companionist we will credit and return you product free of charge, as long as the product has not been damaged and can be resold, unless there is a fault. If you would like a replacement then please just place another order.
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 14 days of your purchase.
1. Log on to your account, and view your orders.
2. You will be requested for a return reason, and any comments.
3. After you have submitted the order, one of our customer care team will be in contact with an RMA number and courier ticket.
4. Return your product using this courier label and include the RMA email that you receive from The Companionist.
Once your item(s) are received back to our warehouse we will process your return with 48 hours including the refund to your credit card. We will notify you via email that you refund has been completed.
